Anna King

Anna King is a Managing Director at Epsilon Economics specializing in the application of economics and data analysis to legal issues. She is an author of the chapter on “Econometric Analysis” in the Litigation Services Handbook. Anna has assessed complex economic issues and damages across a wide range of matters, including antitrust harm and liability, intellectual property, and breach of contract. Her experience covers a broad range of sectors including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, agriculture, automotive, financial services, and technology.

She has been retained as an economics expert to testify before state and federal courts and domestic and international arbitration panels. Anna’s past engagements include assessing the extent of damages in a billion-dollar class action lawsuit, integrating hundreds of millions of claims across dozens of payors to assess the value of cGMP violations, and conducting econometric analyses to determine the extent of antitrust pass-through in a nation-wide cartel matter involving billions of dollars of commerce.

Anna holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA specializing in econometrics and finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
