Ingrid Watts specializes in the application of economics to complex litigation. As an Analyst at Epsilon Economics, she has performed causation and damages analyses in a variety of contexts involving patent and trademark infringement, breach of contract disputes, and preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order hearings. Her experience includes valuation of intellectual property, assessment of lost profits, as well as evaluation of commercial success and reasonable royalties with respect to patented products. Ingrid has applied her analyses across numerous industries – including life sciences and technology – in matters before U.S. and foreign courts and in international arbitration proceedings.
Ingrid received her B.A. in Economics and her B.A. in Music from the University of Chicago. An active violinist, she is a member of the Overture Council of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra as well as Lyric Young Professionals at the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
