Jon Lancaster is an Analyst at Epsilon Economics specializing in the application of economics to matters involving intellectual property. His consulting experience includes causation and damages analyses, antitrust litigation, lost profits analyses, and reasonable royalty analyses in patent and trademark infringement cases as well as economic analyses in F/RAND and breach of contract disputes, international arbitration, and U.S. International Trade Commission matters. Jon also has experience in conducting large scale data intensive empirical analysis in the area of antitrust issues and has applied his analysis across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, industrials, technology, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Lancaster received his A.B. degree in Economics with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Chicago. He is also an avid international traveler and a member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
