Jordan Sands is an Associate at Epsilon Economics with more than five years of experience providing economic and business consulting services. Specifically, Jordan has worked on engagements involving global transfer pricing compliance, planning, litigation, audit, and advance pricing agreements; intellectual property valuation and migration; and bankruptcy litigation. He has experience providing consulting services across a multitude of industries, namely pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food and beverage, technology, semiconductor, automotive, financial services, precious gems, metals and mining, oil and gas, and consumer goods.
Jordan has prepared and defended comprehensive transfer pricing documentation for purposes of supporting the arm's-length intercompany pricing of tangible goods, intangible property, and services based on international and country-specific tax regulations for multinational corporations. Jordan has also represented foreign national and U.S. state tax authorities in their transfer pricing claims against taxpayers, providing a complete view of companies' dealings with tax authorities.
Jordan is an alumnus of the University of Michigan and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Prior to joining Epsilon Economics, Jordan worked at Charles River Associates in its Transfer Pricing practice.
