Kari Czeszewski, CHC
Kari Czeszewski is an Associate specializing in a wide variety of regulatory compliance and privacy consulting services, primarily in the life sciences industry. She assists clients with the implementation of best practice processes to enhance compliance with federal regulations and industry standards. Kari has experience with compliance and privacy program assessments and builds, policy development, auditing, and funding request review. She works with clients to implement OneTrust for assessment automation, data mapping, asset and activity risk flagging, and other tools.
Prior to Epsilon Life Sciences, Kari worked as a Senior Consultant in the healthcare provider space, where she worked with clients on compliance and privacy program development as well as clinical research billing support services. She focused on project management for complex interim compliance and privacy teams, helped perform compliance and HIPAA privacy program assessments, performed data validation, and developed compliance program reporting processes for clients including regional hospitals, academic medical centers, multi-specialty physician practice groups, and behavioral health/SUD organizations.
Kari is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), and a published author in Compliance Today magazine. Her most recent article is in the November 2021 issue and covers the incorporation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) in healthcare compliance programs.
She has two years of clinical experience as a medical assistant at a dermatology clinic.
